Josh Meyerson

Josh Meyerson focuses his practice on federal income tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private fund formations involving both partnerships and corporations.

Mr. Meyerson was a Dechert summer associate in 2023. Prior to joining Dechert, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to the Honorable Wendy Beetlestone in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
