Kayla Mistretta

Kayla Mistretta is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice, assisting on domestic and international leveraged finance transactions.

Prior to joining Dechert, she was a global finance associate at another law firm where she represented banks and other financial institutions in connection with a variety of international financing transactions.

While in law school, Ms. Mistretta served as Managing Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and president of the Corporate and Securities Law Society.
