Leo L. Mensah is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice group. Mr. Mensah focuses on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other structured finance transactions.
He has experience representing issuers, arrangers and asset managers in a wide range of financing transactions, including new-issue and refinancing deals for broadly syndicated and middle market CLOs, revolving warehouse facilities, direct lending and other asset-backed transactions.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Mensah was a director on the structured credit and solutions desk at a global investment bank, where he focused on structuring CLOs, warehouse facilities, asset-backed facilities and structured finance transactions across various asset classes. Before that, he worked in-house at several leading asset managers, giving him a deep understanding of the motivations, challenges and expectations of his clients.
Mr. Mensah also serves as a board member for Sunnyside Community Services in New York.
