Margaret Elias Mackie

Margaret Elias Mackie focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on product liability and mass torts.  She has represented clients in state and federal court at all stages of litigation including fact discovery and case workup, expert witnesses, motion practice, Daubert briefing and trial preparation. Ms. Mackie also maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on civil rights matters.

Ms. Mackie is a regular contributor to the product liability and mass torts group’s newsletter, Dechert Re:Torts.

Ms. Mackie joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2022 and clerked for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
