Michael Mulvey

Michael Mulvey is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate practice group. Mr. Mulvey advises asset managers, fund sponsors and institutional investors on the formation and structuring of complex credit fund vehicles, with a particular emphasis on capital-efficient structures for insurance investors. His practice spans rated funds, captive CLO equity funds, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) and private credit and semi-liquid funds.
