Michael Mulvey

Michael Mulvey focuses his practice on finance and real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on complex credit fund formation and insurance solutions for private fund sponsors as well as collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).

Mr. Mulvey was a Dechert summer associate in 2022. Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Mulvey worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael E. Erdos in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
