Patrick K. McCarthy

Patrick K. McCarthy is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. He advises U.S.-registered investment companies, their advisers and independent trustees on a variety of regulatory, compliance and business matters. Mr. McCarthy also advises private fund sponsors on the formation, structuring, marketing and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of investment strategies.

Mr. McCarthy joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2022. Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. McCarthy helped manage the regulatory compliance program for a commercial bank’s capital markets division.
