Rachael Minassian

Rachael Minassian is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Ms. Minassian is currently on secondment at Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Minassian focuses her practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and alternative strategy investment funds, as well as their investment advisers on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters. She also focuses on the formation, structuring, marketing and operation of private investment funds.

Ms. Minassian joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2021.
