Sergiu Moldovan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and white-collar crime. He has represented parties in international and multi-party proceedings in the High Court.
Mr. Moldovan advises both organizations and individuals on internal and multijurisdictional regulatory investigations.
Mr. Moldovan trained at Dechert and qualified in 2024.
