Tess McMullin

Tess McMullin is a litigation associate in Dechert’s New York office where she focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, mass torts and intellectual property matters.

Ms. McMullin received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2025. During law school, she served as President of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and as Senior Symposium Editor on the Journal of National Security Law and Policy. She was a student attorney in Georgetown Law’s Intellectual Property and Information Policy Clinic, for which she received the Associate Dean’s Award for Excellence in Clinic.

Prior to joining Dechert as a summer associate in 2024, Ms. McMullin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Karen S. Marston in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
