Thomas F. Munno

Thomas F. Munno is the former co-chair of the commercial litigation group and former managing partner of the firm’s New York office. Mr. Munno focuses on complex product liability litigations and major commercial litigations involving business frauds and contract disputes arising from M&A transactions, joint ventures, complex financings, reinsurance arrangements, and employment agreements.

He has also developed an extensive practice advising clients with respect to e-discovery, attorney-client privilege, and attorney work product.
