Yanyu Mao focuses her practice on financial services and investment management. Ms. Mao advises U.S. registered investment companies and private funds on various regulatory, compliance and business matters.

Ms. Mao was a Dechert summer associate in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mao worked as an anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance consultant at one of the “Big Four” accounting firms’ financial services office.
