Earl H. Nemser is an independent advisor in the litigation department, and also engages in significant transactional work. He focuses his practice on securities and commodities law, white collar defense, derivative suits and class actions, contracts, insurance, arbitration, and international disputes.

His transactional work covers a broad scope of industries, including securities and commodities, medical science, internet technology, finance, and real property. Earl Nemser was formerly special counsel to Dechert but is no longer a Dechert practicing lawyer.
