Margarita Norova

Margarita Norova is an associate in Dechert’s tax group and focuses her practice on transactional tax matters,  including mergers and acquisitions and private funds.  Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Norova was a tax associate in the New York office of a a Big Four accounting firm.
