Nathalie Noura

Nathalie Noura is an associate in Dechert’s corporate group. She advises private and public companies, as well as financial sponsors, on complex private equity and corporate matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Noura represents sponsors and their portfolio companies, alongside strategic buyers and sellers, in domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors such as healthcare, industrials, consumer products and technology. She also has experience on corporate transactions in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Noura practiced in Beirut, Lebanon, focusing on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, corporate transactions and commercial contracts.
