Sushila Nayak, a partner in Dechert’s global finance practice, brings a wealth of experience in complex, multidisciplinary financings, advising financial institutions, asset managers and alternative lenders on structured credit, corporate finance and debt financing transactions. Dual-qualified in New York and England and Wales, Ms. Nayak’s work spans the issuance and restructuring of structured finance products, derivatives transactions and debt issuances across Europe and the United States.
Based in Dechert’s London office, Ms. Nayak has extensive experience with collateralized loan obligations, representing leading arrangers and managers on CLO transactions, securitizations involving a broad range of esoteric assets (including trade receivables, commodities receivables, music and television rights, tax liens and renewable energy-backed loans) and private debt transactions for borrowers and lenders. Ms. Nayak also counsels technology and other companies on trade finance matters, including receivables financing, vendor financing and supply chain financing.
