Vince Nguyen

Vince Nguyen is a partner in the financial services and investment management group. Mr. Nguyen focuses his practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and business development companies (BDCs), as well as their investment advisers on a wide variety of regulatory and compliance matters. Mr. Nguyen has also worked with fund sponsors on the development and launch of new ETFs, with a focus on disclosure and listing requirements.

Mr. Nguyen joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2016. He was previously a judicial extern for The Honorable Ronald Whyte, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose.
