Abram Olchyk
Abram Olchyk is a senior associate in Dechert's finance and real estate practice. He represents a broad range of banks, funds and other market participants as underwriters, borrowers, collateral managers and lenders in structured lending transactions. His experience spans various asset classes, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), repurchase facilities, asset-backed securities (ABS), warehouse and credit facilities and financings.
Mr. Olchyk also advises lenders in real estate finance transactions, focusing on loan-on-loan financing and real estate securitizations. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C. and England and Wales.
- Veterans' legal aid – Drafted briefs to assist United States Armed Forces veterans in applying for discharge characterization upgrades, addressing undiagnosed PTSD and other service-related conditions.
