Nadiyah Owens is an associate in the firm’s transactional group, focusing on private equity and global finance. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Owens gained legal experience working in-house in the legal department of Girl Scouts of the USA. She also worked with The Legal Aid Society in its Tenants’ Rights division, where she advocated for tenants facing housing insecurity.
