Elivs Pinos

Elvis Pinos is an associate in Dechert's global finance group where he focuses his practice on structured finance matters with particular focus on asset backed finance and securitization. 

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Pinos was an associate at another national law firm advising clients on corporate transactions relating to the financing of loan and servicing rights, asset purchases and sales and other structured finance matters as well as private equity and M&A transactions.

Elvis is admitted in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  He is not admitted in North Carolina.
