Grace Park

Grace Park is an associate in Dechert’s financial services practice. Resident in the firm’s New York office, she focuses her practice on advising asset managers, private fund sponsors and other financial institutions with respect to a wide range of regulatory, compliance and transactional matters.

Ms. Park has significant experience advising asset managers on the formation and operation of private equity funds, hedge funds and real estate funds. She has also counseled anchor investors, such as sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors, on their investments in private funds and investment advisers. 

Additionally, Ms. Park has represented investment advisers and principals in establishing management company and general partner structures, including incentive compensation arrangements, employment matters and succession planning.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Park was an associate in the investment management practice of another international law firm.
