Jake Paul

Jake Paul is an associate in Dechert’s finance and real estate practice group where he focuses his practice on matters involving global finance and real estate, including asset securitization.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Paul was an associate in the corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities practice of a national law firm.

While in law school, Mr. Paul interned for Judge Krause at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.

A licensed certified public accountant, Mr. Paul previously served as an audit associate at a Big Four accounting firm.
