Katherine Pino

Katherine Pino is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. Ms. Pino focuses her practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and business development companies (BDCs), as well as their investment advisers, on a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and business matters. She regularly counsels clients regarding new fund launches and filings with federal agencies.
