Markos Phillips
Markos Phillips focuses his practice on global taxation. Mr. Phillips advises clients on direct and indirect taxation matters in corporate mergers and acquisitions, financial services, employee incentives and share schemes.
Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Phillips practiced law at an international law firm and a Big Four accounting firm in London.
Mr. Phillips is also a chartered accountant and a chartered tax adviser.
