Samuel Poulos

Samuel (Sam) Michael Poulos represents clients in complex litigation matters involving accounting firms and professional malpractice matters. His practice includes representing accounting firms in connection with federal and state litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and other regulatory agencies. Additionally, Mr. Poulos has experience counseling clients on compliance, enforcement and regulatory issues, including ownership and independence-related questions.

While in law school, Mr. Poulos served as President of the Georgetown Entertainment and Media Law Alliance, where he organized programming on legal issues affecting the media and entertainment industries.
