Shruti Patel

Shruti Patel is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group. She focuses her practice on the formation, structuring, marketing and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, hedge and venture funds, as well as other private fund structures, managed accounts and similar vehicles. Her experience spans a broad range of investment strategies, including growth, real estate, distressed debt, special situations and buyouts.
