Ahmad Raja

Ahmad Raja focuses his practice on global finance matters. He assists with domestic and international leveraged finance transactions across a wide range of industry sectors.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Raja was an associate in the finance group at another major law firm where he represented banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers in connection with financing transactions.
