Ani Ravi

Ani Ravi is a partner in Dechert’s global finance practice, focusing on leveraged finance and debt capital markets. Mr. Ravi regularly advises investment banks, institutional investors and commercial banks on a wide range of financing transactions, including debt and equity offerings, mezzanine financings, bank financings, syndicated institutional loans, asset backed loans, tender offers and consent solicitations. Mr. Ravi also has significant experience covering high yield transactions on both the bank and issuer side, as well as traditional bank lending for top financial institutions and sponsor acquisition financing.

Mr. Ravi has been recognized for his work in commercial lending by The Legal 500 US.
