Anthony V. Rydelek is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice group with a focus on leveraged finance. Mr. Rydelek represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as other public and private companies across industries and institutional lenders, on acquisition financings and various other types of financing transactions.

Anthony Rydelek is admitted in the states of New York and North Carolina  He is not admitted in Pennsylvania.
