Nina S. Riegelsberger

Nina S. Riegelsberger is an associate in Dechert’s Securities and Complex Litigation group. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes, white collar and government investigations and related general litigation matters.

Ms. Riegelsberger earned her juris doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Tendy Competition Editor for the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center and co-vice president of the Latin American Law Students Association. While in law school, Ms. Riegelsberger interned for the New York City Law Department Environmental Division. She received her bachelor of arts from Fordham University College at Rose Hill.  

  • Voting rights litigation – Worked with the ACLU Voting Rights Project and the ACLU of Arkansas to challenge a racially gerrymandered state redistricting map under Section 2 of the VRA; worked with the ACLU of Wisconsin to challenge the implementation of a photo-ID law that introduced additional undue burdens to voting.
