Aaron P. Sayers is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on prosecuting and defending restrictive covenant, trade secret and commercial disputes. Mr. Sayers also has substantial experience drafting and negotiating employment-related documents, including employment, separation and confidentiality agreements, as well as offering employment law counsel across a range of workplace issues.
