Henry Stewart

Henry Stewart focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Stewart worked as a trademark paralegal at a boutique intellectual property law firm and as a bankruptcy paralegal at a plaintiffs’ law firm. While in law school, Mr. Stewart served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Karen S. Marston in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Stewart joined Dechert as a summer associate in 2024.
