Jessica Shin

Jessica Shin is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group. Ms. Shin has seven years of experience with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, having previously served as Counsel in the Division of Investment Management’s Chief Counsel’s Office. She has experience analyzing applications for exemptive relief and has worked on a wide range of matters pertaining to investment companies’ and investment advisers’ compliance with federal securities laws and regulations.
