Jonathan Stott represents private equity sponsors and operating companies in complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures and other transformative capital events. He also advises his clients with respect to corporate governance issues and complex commercial contracts.

His experience extends across a wide range of industry sectors, including aerospace, building products, consumer brands and products, financial services, food products, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing and technology.
