Lara Stockley is a senior associate in Dechert’s global finance practice in London. Lara advises on structured finance and securitization transaction, with a particular focus on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). Lara represents arranger banks, investment managers, lenders and financial institutions on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including warehouse financings, CLO new issuances and resets as well as retention financing arrangements.
Ms. Stockley completed a legal secondment at a U.S. investment bank where she supported the European CLO desk.
Ms. Stockley trained and worked as a lawyer in the Banking and Finance practice group of an international law firm in South Africa before moving to London, where prior to joining Dechert, she worked in the structured financed practice of another U.S. law firm.
