Leah Smart

Leah Smart is an associate in Dechert's financial services and investment management group. Ms. Smart focuses her practice on the formation, structure, marketing and operation of private investment funds, managed accounts and similar structures and vehicles across a broad range of investment strategies.

Her practice also includes a particular emphasis on the formation and structuring of capital efficient structures for insurance investors.
