Nina Szlesinger
Nina Szlesinger focuses her practice on all aspects of employment law including contentious, advisory and transactional matters. Ms Szlesinger has experience drafting employment agreements and settlement agreements as well as a wide range of employment policies.
Ms Szlesinger acts for respondents in a broad range of Employment Tribunal claims. She joined Dechert in 2022 as a trainee and qualified in 2024.
- Windrush Compensation Scheme – Worked with the Greater Manchester Immigration Aid Unit and secured compensation for a pro bono client under the Windrush Compensation Scheme.
- Review of Windrush Compensation Scheme – Worked with Justice to review the impact of legal advice on the success of applications under the Windrush Compensation Scheme.
- KIND – Worked with the Central England Law Centre to apply for British Citizenship for three children.
