Patrick Sun is an associate in the Corporate & Securities group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions. Mr. Sun represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as strategic buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide variety of industries, including technology, professional services and financial services. He also advises his clients on a variety of other ongoing general corporate and business matters.
