Remington Shepard is an associate in Dechert’s corporate group. Mr. Shepard advises private companies, public companies and financial sponsor clients on a range of complex corporate matters including public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Shepard has experience in various sectors, including financial services, software, insurance and manufacturing. Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Shepard worked at other top-ranking U.S. law firms.
