Shanda Stepp

Shanda Stepp is an associate in Dechert’s transactional pool where she focuses her practice on financial services, with an emphasis on registered fund matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Stepp served as a legal intern in the firm’s Boston office. She also previously worked as a legal intern with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General’s Fair Labor Division and as a student attorney with the Boston College Housing Justice Clinic.
