Daniel Tran

Daniel Tran concentrates his practice on labor and employment advice and litigation. His experience includes defending employers in Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters and wage-and-hour class actions; single-plaintiff matters of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination; and administrative complaints and charges. He has represented employers before state and federal court, administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Tran's practice also includes preparing and reviewing company policies and procedures to ensure they are current and compliant with local, state and federal laws.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Tran practiced at a national labor and employment firm in Los Angeles, California.
