Deborah Tan is an associate in Dechert's financial services and investment management group where she focuses her practice on advising private equity, venture capital and other alternative fund managers on the structuring and establishment of investment funds.

Ms. Tan also acts for institutional and non-institutional investors on their investments into private funds.
