Diana Tao

Diana Tao focuses her practice on matters relating to the formation and operation of private equity funds, other closed-end investment funds and alternative asset management businesses. Ms. Tao advises clients on the formation, structuring, marketing and operation of private investment funds (private equity, venture and hybrid) across a broad range of investment strategies including growth, real estate, credit, distressed debt, special opportunities and buyout.

While at Dechert, Ms. Tao participated in a full-time client secondment at a leading asset management firm.
