Hilary Udow represents U.S. and international accounting firms and individual accountants in connection with federal and state litigation, arbitration and regulatory investigations by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), and state licensing authorities. She also represents clients across diverse industries in disputes involving breach of contract, antitrust issues, employment matters and merger and acquisition litigation. She maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on immigration issues.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Udow gained experience as an associate at another global law firm in New York, where she developed her litigation skills handling complex business disputes. Her academic background includes a master's degree from Loyola Marymount University and undergraduate honors from Columbia University.
