Ross Ufberg is a member of Dechert’s antitrust and competition group. Prior to joining Dechert, he clerked for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and interned in the Southern District of New York for the Honorable Jed S. Rakoff. Mr. Ufberg worked as a journalist and publisher before practicing law.
Mr. Ufberg represents clients in federal and state courts across the country, including in California, with an emphasis on competition and consumer protection issues. Ross has represented some of the world’s largest tech companies in purported class action lawsuits, as well as defending clients in high-profile merger litigations brought by government agencies in federal and state court. He also advises on potential antitrust issues for technology and media clients.
