Ariel Veytsman
Ariel Veytsman is an associate in Dechert’s corporate and securities group where she focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions in the context of complex domestic and cross-border transactions. She also has experience advising board committees on related party transactions and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Veytsman was an associate at another international law firm.
