Fabiola Vega

Fabiola (Fabi) Vega represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in investigations and regulatory matters, with a focus on international public accounting firms. She has experience handling class actions, securities and antitrust litigation, qui tam actions and breach‑of‑contract disputes. Ms. Vega also regularly advises clients on risk and compliance matters in connection with regulatory enforcement actions and internal corporate investigations. Her pro bono work focuses on immigration and asylum issues.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Vega worked as an associate at global law firms in New York. At Columbia Law School, Ms. Vega was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an Articles Editor for the Columbia Law Review.
