Lauren E. Vineyard

Lauren Vineyard is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and investment management group.

Ms. Vineyard focuses her practice on advising U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and closed-end funds, as well as their directors/trustees on a wide variety of regulatory, compliance, and business matters. Ms. Vineyard also assists clients with developing and launching new funds, fund reorganizations, preparing materials for fund board meetings, and regulatory and compliance matters relating to existing funds.
