Allison M. Whip

Allison M. Whip is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice. Ms. Whip focuses her practice in commercial real estate finance and investment with concentrations in the origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of large mortgage loans, mezzanine financings and subordinate debt and joint venture investments. In addition, Ms. Whip has experience in loan participations and post-closing loan modifications and restructurings. She has represented a number of investment banks, commercial banks, life insurance companies and institutional investors.
