Jessica Warshaw focuses her practice on corporate and securities law.
Ms. Warshaw was a Dechert summer associate in 2019. Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Warshaw worked as a federal judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania for Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti and as a legal intern for Neighborhood Legal Services Association.
