Luisa Wibbeke

Luisa Wibbeke is an associate in Dechert’s financial services group where she advises on structuring, financing, marketing, fundraising and secondary transactions for investment funds and fund managers across the U.S., the UK and Europe. Ms. Wibbeke has experience across hedge, private credit and private equity strategies and regularly advises on fund formation, investor negotiations and GP‑led continuation vehicles and LP transfer processes.
